At this luxurious 4-star hotel, we experienced enhanced comfort and quality services. This place is conveniently located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to various restaurants and cafes. The friendly staff at the reception desk were always ready to assist us and made sure to provide excellent service whenever we needed anything. The room we stayed in had a beautiful sea view and even an evening fountain light show. The amenities in the room were great, including a kettle and complimentary water bottle. We were also impressed with the variety of services offered such as room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour availability of staff. The hotel's facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, provided a perfect relaxation option after a long day of exploring the city. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

our hotel was located 2 miles from tourist attractions like al shaheed park. private parking onsite was provided. walking distance to crepe de licious, where you can have lunch. will be returning here soon because of the proximity to liberation tower.

Our family had a wonderful time bonding at this hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for catching up with family stories, and the breakfast buffet had different varieties for everyone's tastes. We also loved the amenities available, like the indoor pool area. the hotel's location near several shopping centers and in the city center allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the city.

The hotel could use a makeover to update the worn appearance of the room and bathroom.

In Kuwait, the hotel driver must deliver the visa arranged by the inviting company to the police at the airport when they come to pick-up the visitor.The Swiss Belhotel Plaza let me wait for three hours freezing at the airport and nobody new where my visa was. At the end, I had to buy tourist visa and take a atxi. The next day I had grat trouble entering the inviting company because I did not have the company visa.

nice hotel & staff. I stayed at the top floor "19", Executive. I requested See view room but they did not look at my note at Booked.net they could not make it as rooms are full. City view was not bad. :) parking in B2 beside the hotel is free . just get the parking ticket and stamp it from the reception every time you use the parking. WIFI is free @ executive floor. not sure bout the rest.
